2010 Updates

• September 1 - Enjoy the Arts This Labor Day Weekend - it's time to immerse yourself in all things artistic at our annual Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival. Plus an update on the Amelita Mirolo Barn at Sunny 95 Park, and a reminder to look for the fall edition of Parks & Recreation's Activity Guide.

• August 25 - Heads Up On Miscellaneous Housekeeping Items - including details of sanitary sewer line smoke testing, Doggie Dips at Tremont Pool, a public meeting to discuss plans for completing paths at Northwest Kiwanis and Burbank parks, a new Tree Trek at Miller Park, and a reminder to visit our weekly Farmers' Market.

• August 18 - Tree of Life Purchase of 5000 Arlington Centre Boulevard - with news of the purchase just announced, here is background on the property in question, and details of the legal processes currently under way relative to Tree of Life's applications to the City to date.

• August 11 - Council Ad Hoc Committees Begin to Review Goals of the Community's Master Plan - three ad hoc committees have been formed to date to address: Economic Development/Land Use; Infrastructure; and Community Facilities/Community Services.

• August 4 - Survey Results Now Available Online - the results of our 2010 Citizen Survey are in and make for a fascinating read about how our residents view the community.
