Finance Department Online Bidding
In 2009, the City of Upper Arlington Finance Department implemented an e-bidding process. ALL vendors, whether or not they are currently registered with the City, must re-register online to be eligible to participate.
Registered vendors will receive notifications of upcoming bid opportunities, and will be able to submit bids online. There is no fee to vendors who use the online bidding system, and failure to register may result in missed opportunities.

How to Register - Six Easy Steps
Select "Supplier Registration"
- Step 1: Review Terms & Conditions - if acceptable click on "Accept Terms and Conditions."
- Step 2: Complete Company Information - fields marked with * must be completed to go to the next step. Complete, click next.
- Step 3: Complete Address Information - fields with * must be completed to go to the next step. Complete, click next.
- Step 4: Commodity Codes - click on (Add or Remove Selection). Select all codes that apply to your services and products (note: Bid notification will be sent by e-mail for all commodities codes selected for bidding opportunities). Click next.
- Step 5: User Information - complete for the person authorized to sign bid responses. IMPORTANT: Password must contain at least 8 characters, including 2 numbers and 6 letters. Click next.
Step 6: Review and submit information.
Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation that registration is complete and a notification that your registration is activated.
